Members shall maintain and enforce policies and procedures which are in accordance with statutes and regulations within the jurisdiction where the dispensing partner is licensed regarding the integrity, legitimacy, and authenticity of any prescription. CIPA members shall only use dispensing partners that agree to comply with the CIPA Standards and local laws and regulations.
